Job Details: What to Expect as a Community Support Specialist

This is a full-time, remote role with working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (Monday through Friday). As a Community Support Specialist, you’ll work closely with IFTTT’s Pro user community to:

  • Triage and respond to user questions and feedback efficiently.
  • Assist Pro users in building Applets with filter code (JavaScript).
  • Audit and improve the platform’s help documentation and in-product explanations.
  • Reproduce technical issues, document product enhancements, and suggest user experience improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide valuable insights and solutions.
