Your Responsibilities As A Customer Service Representative with ResQX
As a customer service representative, your main role will be ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience, every single time. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
1. Interacting with Customers

- Help users navigate the app and troubleshoot any technical hiccups.
2. Resolving Issues Like a Pro

3. Listening and Reporting Feedback
