Job Requirements:

  • Fluent or native English speaker with impeccable communication skills.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing Facebook ads for eCommerce brands.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and trends.
  • Availability to monitor and optimize campaigns daily, ensuring top-notch performance year-round (approved holidays excluded).
  • Familiarity with ad attribution tools to measure and track results effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

As our Facebook Media Buyer, your role will include:

  • Design, manage, and scale high-performing Facebook ad campaigns.
  • Analyze ad performance data to make strategic adjustments.
  • Develop creative briefs and guidelines for engaging ad content.
  • Provide feedback to our video editing team to ensure content aligns with campaign goals.
  • Conduct competitor research to uncover effective ad strategies.
  • Collaborate with other media buyers to align with the company’s overarching marketing objectives.

Compensation
