Your Responsibilities As A Client Success Manager
So, what does the job involve? As a Client Success Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Selling paid plans to businesses such as hotels, restaurants, amusement parks, and other attractions that want to promote themselves on our platform.
- Building strong relationships with your assigned clients and ensuring they’re happy with the service.
- Rolling out marketing campaigns designed to spread the word about I Must Visit.
But here’s the best part: You’ll earn a 50% commission on all subscriptions paid by your clients. And this isn’t a one-time deal. You’ll continue to earn commissions on both new and existing subscriptions as long as your clients remain on the platform.
Subscriptions come in three tiers—Bronze, Silver, and Gold—and are billed monthly. The more your clients upgrade, the more you earn.
