Responsibilities As An Online Teacher:
As an online teacher at Filo, you’ll be a lifeline for students eager to learn. Your role involves:
- Crafting tailored lesson plans that inspire and educate.
- Delivering engaging video sessions that simplify complex topics.
- Personalizing teaching methods to suit individual student needs.
- Building a rapport with students to ensure effective communication and learning.
What Filo Is Looking For?
We’re looking for dedicated educators with these qualities:
- A knack for creating engaging lessons and explaining concepts.
- Strong communication and mentorship skills.
- Experience working with students, either in-person or online.
- Familiarity with virtual teaching tools.
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
Job Details:
- Type: Part-time, Contract (6 months)
- Pay: ₦5,000 – ₦9,000 per hour
- Hours: Around 12 hours per week
- Location: Remote (you must be based in Lagos)
