Responsibilities:

Community Engagement and Leadership

  • Actively engage with members via a virtual community platform, 1×1 calls, group sessions, and email.
  • Provide personalized support to help members navigate challenges and seize opportunities.
  • Spark valuable conversations and foster collaborations through thoughtful discussion prompts.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and identify ways to improve member experiences.

Community Strategy

  • Design initiatives that strengthen member connections and amplify impact.
  • Develop partnerships to create opportunities for members, such as speaking engagements.
  • Review community-related content to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Analyze metrics to refine strategies for member retention and satisfaction.

Virtual Event Programming and Facilitation

  • Plan and execute virtual events with a blend of educational and social elements.
  • Host and moderate key events, such as new member welcome calls.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 4–6 years of experience in community management, event facilitation, marketing, or similar fields.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with high emotional intelligence.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft impactful messaging.
  • A strategic mindset combined with meticulous attention to detail.Experience managing communities and hosting virtual events.
  • Confidence in using digital tools and thriving in a fully remote environment.
