Requirements:
• 5+ years' experience in content design
• Strong UX/content design & product thinking
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Proficiency in Figma, wireframing & prototyping
• Experience with A/B testing, UX metrics & research
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Fintech/SaaS experience is an advantage
• AI workflow/tool experience is a plus
• Strong portfolio with end-to-end content design case studies

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead content design strategy from discovery to launch
• Create UX copy, microcopy, error messages & help content
• Partner with Product, Design & Engineering teams
• Conduct research and use insights to improve experiences
• Support junior content designers
• Drive content design standards and style guides
